UPDATES:  From PANAMA and NEW MEXICO!

So great to hear what you are up to!  I am on my 3rd week in New Mexico.  Setting up workshops, tests of properties through colleagues and friends, and house/pet- sitting.

Incidentally, I have interviewed with a professional house sitter and have decided that my Holiday Gift to myself is to become a professional house/pet sitter with the International Society.  I will also get all the professional insurances.

Then, I am going to not only think about where I am going to build Apprenticeship programs, but where I may stay and work in someone’s home in those locations.

I have envisioned for certain the NE, SE, NW, SW of the borders of the United States to begin with.  I already have Des Moines, IA activated and one 22,000SQ FT home in the suburbs of Chicago, Illinois mitigated.

I will be map dowsing for environmental regions in distress, such as the Gulf of Mexico areas, particularly Florida with the “fish die-off” from the “red tide bacterial issues.”

Vivian Dullien, my PhD dear friend and I are gathering data not only as I have with the current intake forms for humans in the home, but we are adding domesticated house pets of all kinds, farm/agricultural animals, commercial llama and alpaca operations, as well as horse breeding, etc.  I will in honesty to the Environment be testing for Bees and for land owner’s complaints regarding invasive insects that they find troublesome.

This excites me NO END.  Vivian was congenial as to the domestic pets, as the data from all over the world is published that home pets’ places (where they love to sleep and what they love to eat) does change after mitigation of the home with EARTH ACUPUNCTURE.

And scientifically, there is no placebo effect.  In other words, what we as the practitioners/facilitators may be challenged with in the human’s before- and -after affects and the scientific viewpoints will be much simpler to look at  with the animals’ behavior and health. No contest with data.  Straight forward for now…

I, of course envision the data changing in different areas, as more becomes obvious.

On a personal note?

My body is finally leveling off from that weird injury while teaching the advanced workshop in Fall, 2016 where I tore the ligaments on the bottom of my left foot and was quite immobile for months.  The return to walking, lifting and living my old life is not quite the same.  Yet, I always joke about designing the all-terrain wheel chair I will be using before any traditional surgery.

Although I have been living at over 7400 feet for 2 weeks, went to 8500 feet in altitude and dowsed for the PERSONAL STRESS LINES/Lines Blocking the Sale of a Property?..   at a Yurt on 45 acres in Mora yesterday.  I did great hammering the rods in the ground and all that entails.  Not pretty as I was using a cutting board for my knees while bent over…Got it done with excellence!  Getting back up?  Not terribly sexy!  Ahahaah!  My organic hemp oil from Prime My Body continues to support my health.

I use CEDRIC’S DRAWINGS quite a lot to show prospective clients and have drawings of properties from 10 years ago and the DIFFERENCE in the stress is so obvious.

Still I wonder if you have tested the land where are you living?

As gorgeous as the NATURE IS, and as naturally PROTECTION comes from the living fauna and flora, still some stress is natural in the Earth and the Earth’s atmosphere, simply because of technology, electrical grids and underground water is always interesting as an amplifier or a  conductor as electrician’s know.

I am not ‘trying to be “Debbie Downer” from Saturday Night Live!

There is only one place so far noted to not have any “man-made stresses” present.  I have never been there yet.  It is the headwaters of the Amazon River.  Look at a map…

I am studying more and researching the Ley Lines on this magical, mystery Planet/Mother we are riding like bacteria or a virus….

DOWSING TEST RESULTS ON WHEAT RIDGE HOME FOR SALE : 08/29/18

Good Morning! 

Per our arrangement through a mutual friend, I completed a walk-through and tested all around the house on the outside along the property lines. 

FINDINGS: 

12 Lines Blocking the Sale of house:  3 on the East side, 4 on the South side, 2 on the North side, and 3 on the West side. 

My recommendation, considering that this is an unusually high number of these lines, is for me to come in with my apprentice and we will sink permanently into the ground 12 pair of copper-clad L-Rods (or staples) to halt the interference from entering the property.  My experience over 28 years is that prospective buyers will have a totally different experience of the property when driving by, not to mention touring the interior.  ( I would like to mention that driving south and north on the Ames Street, I had a difficult time seeing the FOR SALE sign.  Perhaps a 2nd sign street side may benefit.) 

These rods are sunk by hammers into the ground down 3 inches minimally and are permanently there unless someone digs them up. 

Cost:  $500 

Also, most client’s also purchase a LONG DISTANCE CLEARING on the house.  This consists of remote psychic/spiritual work with 3 assessments and 21 total clearings.  After each CLEARING sheet is done, Karen mails it to the client and they go over it in detail and strategize if so desired.  In this case also, Karen tracks showings and discusses details, such as price set, offers, etc. with client if they are interested at no extra charge while continuing to test the property during the phone interactions.

Cost:  $450 

I request a $200 deposit applied to the $750 balance and the remaining $550 mailed at closing on the property to address below.  We accept credit cards by Paypal, checks and money orders.  This is a discounted rate for this property as you are a referral from a good friend.

The work will begin as soon as the deposit is received.  We will need for the LONG DISTANCE CLEARING:

  1. Year built of the home
  2. Year of major construction (walls put up or taken down)
  3. Year purchased

Installation will be scheduled immediately.

ME TO CLIENT:   OK!  Now, have you and your husband had a little “CORD-CUTTING CEREMONY”?  do your own thing, but I suggest sitting together and thanking the home after lighting a candle.  If you have one of Slim’s LIGHT-LIFE® RINGS speak into it holding it up.  You may then just close your eyes and literally visually cut cords running from your body to the house.

You may also speak of a couple of your fondest memories and then both talk about who you see buying the house.  Talk about who would you LIKE to buy it and then individually close your eyes and picture the closing papers being signed quicker than it usually takes and picture the family/people walking into the front door on moving day.

Or whatever feels good!

REAL ESTATE INVESTMENT CLIENT WORK Begins End of November, 2017

Good morning Karen

I got your name from C. Hart, she said you would be the best for our situation. My husband and I are real estate investors and we have a couple of renovated properties that are on the market and not selling. The one had really heavy energy when we bought it and it cleared as our team was working on it but it still has something there. I can feel it and we’d like to get this moved and get the properties sold. The second property just sort of feels “blah” our workers mentioned when they were working on it that it felt like a black hole, things disappeared, etc.

We’re also starting a build on a property that sat around for one year unappreciated in an expensive area Greenwood Village. The agent we had thought he could sell it with equity after we spruced it up. Obviously not! So we’re going bigger to be able to get our money out of this. But I’d like to have this cleared before we start building so that it moves forward and have a successful project.

Additionally we have a property in Denver getting close to going on the market, I love it except for the basement (in all honesty basements usually creep me out!) but maybe you should look at this one too.
